Seen here connected with a CNR RS-18, Ontario Northland FP7A 1521 leads a 3 car consist Northland night train to Toronto. Soon ready to depart, it will be a long trip, but the ol' F-unit will get the train back home safely.

 

This unit has been taken into the North Bay shops several times. She was one of 3 FP7A's to be repainted into the "Progressive" scheme of the early 1960's. More recently she was taken in to be rebuilt and repainted (again!) into an FP7Au. She still polishes the rails today as FP7Au 2002.
