Executive
Producer for the Happy Hour as well as one of its writers and cast and crew.
Check out his official website at
http://www.joevitalejr.com . Basically anyone who worked on
the show was one of all of the above. I absolutely loved working on the
show. We use to work for up to 10 hours at a time but we all really
enjoyed it cause we knew we were going to have something really fun that
everyone would be able to watch. I mean heck there were at least 80,000
people in the Stark County viewing area alone. We knew nothing would
probably come from this but we were just in high school when we started writing
the show.
It didn't come though as easy work. Without all the high tech gadgets and
computer programs available today we had to get extremely creative to achieve
our goals for special effects and other such realities. This however, made
us very creative in all our thinking when coming up with the different sketches
we wrote for the show. I know that probably no one is even going to find
this website but hey you never know what might happen. I would love to bring
back the show and keep on recording. Though with the Tragic death of Dan
Miner in 1997 I just couldn't bring myself to write more for the show. It
didn't seem completely right at the time to continue working without our dear comrade.
If any of Dan's family is reading this. Dan was a very dear and close
friend to me. I miss him dearly and I have re-edited the original show in
his memory for him as a tribute. He was one of my best friends and There
isn't a week that goes by that he doesn't pop into my head at some point or
another. He is greatly missed and it was an honor to know him.
I am a Christian and believe that God has given my my talents to help further
His Kingdom as best as I can or as He sees fit for me. I am currently
working for Sonic Foundry,
Inc.© and also a touring Musician with various Bands. I loved doing this
show and hope to continue to create fun masterpieces of Music, Video, and
Graphical for people to enjoy.
