Dan Miner was one of the best actors I have ever met and truly a great friend.  After the tragedy of his early death at such a young age, it took along time to feel normal about loosing someone so close to me and to us.  I remember that night all to well.  I won't go into the details cause it still brings back terrible memories to my mind of when I lost my dear friend.

What I will tell you though that without Dan Miner, the Happy Hour would have never been the show that it was.  He was the extra flare that pushed it over the top and sent it sailing towards pure hilarity.  I will never forget how many times we had to shot certain scenes cause he made us all laugh so hard.  I loved working with him.  Though he would be the first to pick on ya.  He would also be the very first person to stick for ya and stand up for you if someone else was hurting a friend.  Dan did that for me on several occasions.  Stood up and picked on but I loved him for it.  He was a great and true friend.

When all of us went off to school, he and I went to Mount Union College together in the Fall of 1996.  We spent a long time having fun there until April 18th, 1997 when that all came to an end.  I will never forget Dan and all the Happy Hours we have done or re-edited are dedicated to him for what he was, who he was, and the the friend he was to us!  Dan We Love you.  The THH Cast! R.I.P.
