What we do?                                                            

  1) Turn off furnace                                                                                                                         

2) Locate access for truck powered hoses to furnace area

 3) Locate and cut access holes into main hot air duct

4) Locate and cut access holes into main cold air duct

5) Drill 1" access holes into both hot & cold main duct work
         (they will later be sealed with air tight caps)

  6)mark damper locations and open, if nessasary

7)inspect duct system with infra-red,

video camara to ensure a thorough cleaning

8)attach truck powered machine,

(large hose) systematically to hot & cold main duct

9)all suply & return registers are sealed to create a vacuum

10)blow down all hot air ducts with high pressure air 275 psi

11)blow down all cold air ducts with high pressure air 275 psi

12)we use our 275 psi high

pressure spinning air brush snake system

on both hot and cold main ducts

13)also a complete J-channel compartment cleaning         

14)access holes will be sealed with tape

 gasket and cover plates which will be screwed in air tight     

15)spinning air brush snake system,

access hole will be plugged air tight with specially designed caps

16)close any openwindows                                 

17)check to see that the dampers have not moved

18)turn on furnace                                             

 19)cycle to ensure pilot light and furnace fan operation

20)furnace inspection
