11-Apr-2003 09:55 PM - Chobits episode 6 uploaded! As you should have noticed, the site's moved since the last host died (don't know why so can't fix it :S ). This host doesn't offer as much space, but hopefully it'll last somewhat longer.
With less space, the episode is of poorer quality. Can't be helped. I'm trying to increase the number of fans of anime, not make substitutes for the official DVDs or videos. :P
Also with a file size limit, I've needed to split the episodes with HJSplit. You'll need the program to put the parts together. Get it here: http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/
I'd also like to put a bit more stuff up here. If you have any suggestions, email me. For instance, if you want to review Chobits, or write an episode guide or something. This host is for webpage stuff, not file storage after all. :)
One more thing: I'm off on holiday next week. Won't be back 'til next Monday (I think). Hopefully the site will be able to stay alive here while I'm gone. ;)

I tried a new way to decrease the file size, by compressing, rather than converting (I'm still learning how to do use video programs :) ). Hopefully it works fine, and you should have slightly better quality sound this time. :)

You may want to make sure that when you download each part it doesn't have a .avi.avi file extension but .avi.001 (or whatever number it should be)

If your favourite video player doesn't view the file like it should, make sure you have the latest DivX codec installed:
DivX (package has codec and player)
If you still have problems viewing the file, try downloading some of the following:
