Twice Baked Potatoes
Bake 6 potatoes in oven
for 1 hour on 400 o.
In mixing bowl, place 1
stick butter and 2” of Velveeta Cheese. The cheese is
optional but good.
When potatoes are done, remove
from oven. Hold in oven mitt and cut off tops. Scoop potatoes into mixing
bowl with butter and cheese. Add
2 t salt. Beat on low
until potatoes are mashed. Add ½ pt of cream and turn mixer to high. Beat
until creamy. You may have to add more cream.
Place potatoes back in
reserved shells on baking dish.
Return to over and brown top
of potatoes lightly.
