Sweet Potato Casserole-Peggy Boyatt
Drain 2 large cans of sweet
potatoes
Mash.
Add ½ c melted butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 c Carnation milk
3 t bourbon
Topping:
1/3 c
butter
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped pecans
1/3 c
self-rising White Lily flour
Bake 25-30min at 350o
You can also use fresh sweet
potatoes and cook them in the microwave.
