Summer Squash Casserole
Cook in boiling water for 5
min:
2 lbs sliced summer squash
¼ c chopped onion
Add:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
1 c shredded carrot
In casserole place ½ of
mixture of 1 (8 ox0 pkg herb seasoned stuffing mix and ½ c
melted butter. Pour in the vegetable mixture above. Top with last ½
of stuffing mixture.
Bake 25-30 min at 350o
