Stuffed Green Peppers
Cut tops off 6 bell peppers
and clean out the seeds and membrane. (Note: You may have to slightly
slice the bottom of the peppers to make them stand up)
Combine:
1 lb ground beef
1
½ c cooked rice
½ (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 T Worcestershire sauce
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Fill each pepper. Place in
8x8” baking dish.
Combine 1 t Italian style
seasoning and ½ (15 oz) can tomato sauce.
Pour over peppers
Bake at 350o for
one hour.
