Southern Corn Pudding
Mix:
2 c fresh corn
4 T sugar
1 ½ t salt
1/8 t pepper
3 eggs
3 T butter
1 c milk
1 c cream
Heat in microwave until hot.
Add 2 T cornstarch and 1
T plain flour dissolved in 1/3 c cool water.
Heat until thickened
Pour into casserole dish
Bake 15-20 min 325o until
top is golden brown
