Bacon and Cheese Potatoes
Peel and slice in ¼ inch
slices 6 potatoes.
Place in pan with 2 inches of
water and 1 t salt.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and cover.
Cook until almost tender.
Pour off any excess water.
Do not stir.
Add 2 ½ inches of Velveeta
cheese cut into cubes.
1 inch of Oscar Meyer real
bacon pieces.
Cover and let cheese melt.
Stir gently when ready to
serve. May need more salt. Add to taste.
