Lentil Soup
Cook 2 pkg lentils and 1 ham bone in
water called for on lentil package.
Simmer until ham can be removed from bone.
Remove bone and excess fat.
Cut ham in bite size pieces.
Return ham to simmering lentils.
Add
1diced onion
1 clove crushed garlic
7diced carrots
5 cubed potatoes
Simmer until vegetables are done.
15 min before serving add 1 kielbasa cubed.
Serve with dark rye bread
