Garbage Soup

1 lb Kielbosi               2 c diced potatoes

1 c bite size carrots            2 c green beans

2 diced celery stalks  1 large diced onion

1 c limas                      1 c okra

1 c corn                       1 c peas

cover with water and cook until tender

Add 12-16 oz sour cream and heat through
