Clam Chowder-Martha Ratliff
Cook 8 large diced potatoes
and 1-2 large diced onions in 1 (46oz) can clam juice.
Add:
1 stick butter
1 qt half and half
2 cans whole Baby Clams
with Juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Can use a little garlic
powder.
Heat.
Use a little 2 T corn
starch in 1/3 c water to thicken.
