Cheese Sauce

Mix together in micowave bowl:

2 c milk            1 inch of large box Velveeta cheese

1 t salt

Cook on high for 10 minutes

Add 3 T cornstarch mixed in ^1/₃ c water

Stir well.

Cook 2 min at a time in microwave until thickened.

Stir after each 2 minutes.

Use on rice or vegetables or on Hot Browns
