Blueberry
Sauce for Cheese Cake
Bring to a boil in heavy pan
or in microwave heat to boil:
1 c sugar 1
qt blueberries
1 c water 3 T
butter
Add 3 T cornstarch to ½
c cool water and mix until no lumps are left.
Add to hot mixture. Cook until
thick and clear. Stirring constantly if on stove top.
