Tarter’s Barbecue Sauce
Simmer for 20 minutes:
1 ½ t salt
4 T sugar
2/3 c catsup
½ c vinegar
1 t pepper
½ t Tabasco
½ t garlic powder
½ c Wesson oil
2/3 c tomato sauce
1 ½ t paprika
1 t Worchestershire
2 small onions, chopped
1 ½ c water
2 t chili powder
