2 (3 oz) pkgs cream cheese                         1 medium grated cucumber, drained

1 medium grated onion                           ¼ t salt

dash Tabasco                                                 2-3 drops green food color

Hellman’s Mayonnaise to make sandwich consistency

Spread on rye bread
