Chicken With Chinese Vegetables
Stir fry in ¼ c peanut oil:
2 ribs sliced celery
and 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen snow peas.
Cook 5-7 min.
Add:
¼ lb sliced fresh
mushrooms
1 med chopped onion or 1 bunch sliced scallions
1-2 c cooked chicken
1 c cooked shrimp
1 c cooked pork
1 (16 oz) can bean sprouts
1 T corn starch
½ t ground ginger
¼ c soy sauce.
Cook 5 min.
Serve over hot rice.
