Rhubarb Pie-Sherrie Lightner

Mix together:

1 ¾ c sugar                             3 eggs

3 c finely diced rhubarb            4 T flour

Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Dot with ½ stick butter.

Place top crust over filling and seal edges.

Bake 10 min at 450^o and 50 min at 350^o

Be sure to trip rhubarb well and use only tender shoots.
