Rhubarb Pie-Sherrie Lightner Mix together: 1 ¾ c sugar
3 eggs 3 c finely diced rhubarb 4 T flour Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with ½ stick butter. Place top crust over filling and seal edges. Bake 10 min at 450o and
50 min at 350o Be sure to trip rhubarb well and use only tender shoots.
