Raisin Pie-Wilma Tarter Boil 2 c raisins and 1 ¾ c water for 5 min. Mix 2 c brown sugar
2 T plain flour ½ t salt
1 t cinnamon 1/3 c
water Add to raisin mixture. Bring to a boil and stir. Add 1 T butter and 2 t vinegar Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 25-30 min at 425o
