Meringue Pie
Mixture #1 1 ½ c sugar ½ c cornstarch 1/8 t
salt Mixture #2 4 egg yolks 1 ¾ c water ½ c lemon juice Join two mixtures. Cook until thick. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat Add 3 T butter and l t lemon rind Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue. Bake at 350o until
meringue is slightly brown
