Lemon Chess Pie

Combine:

 2 c sugar                    2 T plain White Lily flour

2 T white corn meal

Add

4 large eggs                            ¼ c butter, melted

¼ cup heavy cream              1 T grated lemon rind

¼ c fresh lemon juice

Beat until well  blended.

Pour into unbaked 9” pie shell
