2 T plain White Lily flour 2 T white corn meal Add 4 large eggs
¼ c butter, melted ¼ cup heavy cream
1 T grated lemon rind ¼ c fresh lemon juice Beat until well blended. Pour into unbaked 9” pie shell Bake 40-50 min at 350o until just set |
