Mix : 1 c instant potatoes juice and grated rind of 1
lemon 1 c sugar 1 c mil 2 egg yolks Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 min at 375o Use Egg whites for meringue. Meringue
Beat 2 egg whites and ½ Cream of Tartar until soft peaks form Add ½ c brown sugar a little at a time. Beat until stiff peaks form. If you use more egg whites use ¼ c white sugar per egg white. Use on pies and banana pudding. Bake in 350o oven until meringue is golden brown Serve cold
