Impossible Pie-Flossie Boyatt

Mix at high speed until well mixed:

4 eggs                                                 2 c cold milk

¾ c sugar                                            ¼ c butter

½ c plain White  Lily flour                1 t vanilla

Let stand 5 min

Pour in 10” pie pan

Sprinkle with coconut

Bake 35-40 min at 350^o

Hot and messy!!!!
