Chocolate Meringue Pie Bake one pie shell and cool. Heat in microwave bowl: ½ c cocoa
2 T butter 1 c sugar 2 ½ c milk When hot, pour some of mixture into 3 beaten egg yolks and return egg mixture to above mixture. Heat 2 min in microwave. Add 3 T cornstarch dissolved in 1/3 c cool water to mixture and stir well. Cook in microwave 3 min or until thickened. Add ¾ t vanilla Pour in pie shell. Top with meringue. Bake 15 min at 350o or until meringue is slightly browned.
