Kraut-Wilma Tarter

Grate cabbage and place in qt jars.

Add 1 t salt to each qt of cabbage

Boil water and pour over each qt of cabbage until jar is full

Seal jars

Soak 3 weeks in big tub of water

Change water in tub once a week.
