Hot Dill Pickles-Wilma Tarter
Boil small pickling cucumbers
long enough for them to change color in:
2 qts apple cider vinegar
1 qt water 1 c
salt.
Put in each jar:
1 clove garlic, peeled
1
bunch fresh dill
2 small hot peppers
1 very small lump of alum
Place cucumbers in jars. Pour hot
boiling mixture over cucumbers to fill jar.
Seal with hot lids.
