Deviled Macaroni-Alice Hendren
Cook ½ lb elbow or shell
macaroni by box directions.
Drain.
Add:
1 can cream of mushroom
soup
¼ c milk
1 c grated sharp cheese
¼ c diced pimento
1 t onion salt
1 t pepper 2 t mustard.
Spoon half of mixture in
casserole dish.
Slice 4 hardboiled eggs
over macaroni mixture
Add remaining mixture.
Mix ¼ c dry breadcrumbs
and 2 T melted butter.
Spread over macaroni
Bake 40 min at 350o
