Spinach
Dip-Alma Fowler
Mix together:
1 (16 oz) tub sour cream
2 c mayonnaise
3 chopped green onions
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
2 boxes Knorr’s Vegetable
Soup Mix
1 can chopped water
chestnuts
Cut the top off a round loaf
of dark rye bread. Scoop out the bread inside crust. Place in the
dip in the center of bread. Serve
chunks of bread to dip out dip. Also serve with crackers especially
Triscuits.
