Beat 2 (8 oz ) pkgs
cream cheese and 1 pkg (4 oz) ranch salad dressing mix
until smooth.
Add:
½ c minced sweet red pepper
½ c minced celery
¼ c sliced green onions
¼ c sliced stuffed olives
3 to 4 flour tortillas (10”).
Mix well.
Spread about ¾ c on each tortilla.
Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate
at least 2 hours.
Slice into ½ inch pieces.
You can add different ingredients to cream cheese.
I've tried onion,
pimento, black olives and
pepperoni. Or for a dessert roll up cream cheese
and chopped maraschino cherries. You can use you
