Artichoke Dip-Lisa Cowles
Mix in heavy pie pan:
1 can artichokes hearts,
chopped
3 heaping T mayonnaise
4 chopped green onions
dash cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 t salt
¾ c parmesan cheese
Cover mixture with thick layer
of parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350o until
bubble and golden brown.
Serve with saltines.
