Scalloped Oysters-Lois Christopher
Mix:
1 ½ c breadcrumbs
1 c cracker crumbs
½ c melted butter.
Layer with 1 pt oysters (use only 2 layers of
oysters).
Sprinkle 1 t salt and ¼ t pepper on
top.
Pour 2/3 c oyster liquid and
2/3 c milk on top of casserole.
Bake 30 min at 450o.
