Salmon Croquettes-Matthew Yaden
Mix up:
2 cans salmon with no bones or skin
salt
juice of 1 lemon
½ T Tabasco
½ t horseradish
1 c
mashed potatoes
½ c cracker crumbs or enough to make mixture
thick enough to mold into patties
Roll patties in cracker crumbs and fry.
Sauce:
1/3 c Mayonnaise
2 t dill
1 t Tabasco
1 t horseradish
