Maryland Crab Cakes

 

 

Mix well:

1 beaten egg               ½ c breadcrumbs

1 t Dijon mustard            5 T mayonnaise

1 t chopped parsley            2 t Worcestershire Sauce

¼ t salt and white pepper

 

Pour mixture over 3 well drained cans crabmeat.

Fold in gently and thoroughly.

Shape into 6 cakes and fry until golden brown.

Turn once. (2-3 min per side)
