Fruit Pizza-Alice Hendren

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out 1 (18 oz) roll of refrigerator cookie dough. Place dough in pizza pan.

With your fingers, stretch dough until it touches edge of pan. Bake until light brown. Let cool completely.

 

Combine 1 (7 oz) jar of marshmallow cream, ½ pkg vanilla pudding mix and 1 (8 oz) tub of cream cheese.

Spread on top of cookie crust.

Working from the outside toward the center, make circular patterns beginning with  ½ pt of strawberries, followed by 1 (8 oz) can of  drained pineapple tidbits, 5 kiwi (peeled and cut into 1/8 “ slices) and 1 (11 oz) can drained mandarin oranges.  You can use any fresh fruit available. If you use bananas be sure to dip in lemon juice and water mixture before placing on pizza to keep the pieces from browning.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Yield: 8 to 12 slices
