Crème Brulee
Heat 3 c heavy cream in
double boiler.
Stir in 6 T sugar.
Pour over 6 stiffly beaten
egg yolks.
Stir in 2 t vanilla.
Strain into baking dish.
Place baking dish in water and
bake 30-35 min at 300o.
Chill.
To Serve:
Sprinkle top with ½ c
brown sugar.
Place baking dish on cracked
ice.
Put under broiler until sugar melts and caramelizes
