Bananas Foster-Sherrie Lightner
In heavy sauce pan, melt 1 stick butter
Add ½ c brown sugar and 1 dash cinnamon
Cook until sugar dissolves and is bubbly.
Add 3 cut up bananas and just let them get
hot.
Do not over cook bananas.
Add 4 T Meyers Dark Rum and flame.
Pour over Breyer’s vanilla ice cream and serve
immediately with whipped cream
