Pumpkin Bars
Stir together:
2 c plain White Lily flour
2 t baking powder
2 t cinnamon
1 t soda
¼ t
salt
In separate bowl, beat together:
4 eggs
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 2/3 c sugar
1 c oil
Combine two mixtures and blend well. Add ¾ c chopped
pecans.
Bake in 15x10x1” pan for 25-30 min at 350o
until toothpick comes out clean.
Cream Cheese Icing
Cream 1 c butter and 1 (16 oz) tub of cream
cheese until smooth.
Add 2 lb (8 c) xxx sugar and 2 T milk.
Beat on high until smooth (1 min)
May need to thin with a little more milk to spread on
cake.
Only use real butter and regular cream cheese!
