Oatmeal Scotchies Pan Cookies

 Mix together:

 1 c butter                   1 ½  c brown sugar

2 egg                           2 t Triple Sec

1 t salt                         1 t soda

1 ½ c oats                   2 c plain White Lily flour

2 t baking powder            1 T water

1 (12 oz) pkg Butterscotch Morsels

Bake in 15x10x1” greased baking pan for 20 min at 375^o

Cool and slice.
