Oatmeal Scotchies Mix together: ½ c
butter
¾ c brown sugar 1 egg
2 t Triple Sec ½ t salt
½ t soda ¾ c oats
1 c plain White Lily flour 1 t baking powder 1 (6 oz) pkg Butterscotch Morsels Bake at 375o on greased cookie sheets until slightly brown on the bottom of cookies and firm on top.
