Classic
Short Bread
Cream ½ c butter until light.
Cream in 1/3 c xxx sugar,
sifted.
Cream in ¼ t vanilla
Work in 1 c unsifted plain White Lily flour until
nice and smooth.
Spray shortbread mold with Pam and press dough
into mold
Bake 30-35 min at 325o until very lightly
browned.
Cool in mold for 10 min.
