Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Mix:

1 c butter                    1 ½ c brown sugar

2 eggs                         ½ c buttermilk

1 t soda                       1 ¾ c plain White Lily flour        

1 t salt                         3 T cocoa

1 t baking powder

Fold in:

3 c quick rolled oats

Bake 10-15 min at 400^o or until cookie is just firm to touch.
