Fudge-Libby Lightner

Mix in heavy pan:

6 c white sugar                       5-6 T cocoa

½ bottle white Karo               1 large can Pet Milk

Stir and heat on medium heat.

Add 1 stick butter.

Keep stirring until butter is melted.

Cover and let cook for a few minutes.

Stir to be sure all sugar is melted.

Cook to soft ball stage uncovered.

Add 1 T vanilla.

Cook to hard ball stage.

Add 1 stick butter

Set in cold water to cool

Stir until it almost looses its gloss

Pour out on greased cookie sheet.
