Woodford Pudding
Cream ½ c butter and 1
c sugar
Add 3 eggs and 1 c
blackberry jam
Add 1 t soda in 3 T
buttermilk
Add 1 ½ c plain White Lily
flour
Add dash of cinnamon and
nutmeg
½ c chopped pecans and ½
c raisins
Bake in pudding mold in water bath for 45 min at 325o
