Sloppy Pineapple Cake 

Mix:

2 c flour

2 c sugar

2 eggs

dash salt

1 (#2) can of crushed undrained pineapple

Bake 35-40 min at 350^o

While cake is cooking make the icing.

Boil hard for 5 min:

1 stick butter

^2/₃ c evaporated milk

1 c sugar

1 t vanilla

Let stand until cake is done.

Take cake from oven.

Slice in pan.

Pour icing over cake.

Let stand a few hours before serving.
