Pumpkin Cake

Mix:

2 c brown sugar                      ¼ t salt

2 ½ c plain flour                      2 c pumpkin

1 t soda                                   1 t allspice

1 t cinnamon                           1 t nutmeg

Blend well.

Add:

1 c raisins                               1 c chopped pecans

Bake 30 min at 375^o.

Cream Cheese Icing

Whip together the following until creamy:

 ³/₄ c xxx sugar
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 t vanilla extract
¼  c (or more) whipping cream
