Pineapple
Angel Food Cake-Mary Ann Hileman
Combine 1 pkg (16 oz) angel
food cake mix and 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
with juice in a large bowl.
Beat well at medium speed
until blended.
Pour batter into an ungreased
10 “ tube pan.
Bake 40-45 min at 350o or
until cake spring back when lightly touched.
Invert tube pan over bottle,
cool one hour and 30 min.
Gently loosen cake from pan
and remove.
Garnish with fresh
pineapple slices.
