Orange Sunshine Cake-Libby Lightner

Mix together:

1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Buytter Cake Mix

4 whole eggs

1 c oil

1 c mandarin oranges with juice

Mix 3 min.

Pour into 3 (8”) cake pans sprayed with Pam

Bake 25-30 min at 350^o then cool completely.

Pineapple Icing

1 lb can crushed pineapple with juice

1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix

12-14 oz Cool Whip

Mix by hand until well blended.

Put in refrigerator and keep until ready to use on cake and serve

Put between layers and all around  and on top.
