New York Cheese Cake-Al Cender
Blend until creamy:
2 (8oz) pkg soft cream cheese
1 lb ricotta or cottage cheese
Gradually beat in and beat
until well combined:
1 ½ c sugar
4 eggs
Beat in 3 T cornstarch, 3 T flour, and 1½
t lemon juice
Blend in 1 t vanilla, ½ c melted butter, and 1
pt sour cream.
Beat all until smooth.
Pour into greased 9” spring form pan
Bake at 325o for 1 hour 10 min.
Turn off oven and allow to stand in cooling oven for
2 hours.
Remove and refrigerate.
